Today many of us are opening gifts in anticipation of getting that item or items that we really want.  My prayer for you today is that you have what you really need.

God gave us the best gift ever when he gave his Son, Jesus Christ.  The gift of salvation is ours for the taking.

I hope that you have received the awesome gift that God offers.  If you haven’t, then I strongly encourage you to do so.  There is no better gift, I promise.

So if you are down and discouraged and didn’t get what you wanted this Christmas, then get what you need.  The gift is there, you only have to receive it.  No one can get this gift for you, you must accept it.  It is my prayer for you that you will accept the wonderful gift of salvation today.
