We live in a troubled world.  The news reports are filled with the daily violence that is occurring throughout the world.  This is why the above scripture passage is one of my favorites.  God never promises his children will live trouble free.  He does, however, promise the hope of eternal life in glory with Him.

This website is designed to help you find hope in a troubled world.  Jesus Christ came to this earth and faced many troubles just as we do today.  The Holy Bible is full of good advice for living our lives in a way that pleases God. When we develop a close relationship with God and learn to live our lives according to the Bible, we can find joy even amidst the troubles we face.

Six days a week, I will be posting a blog with a short devotional. It is my hope that you will find strength and encouragement from God’s word.
